General Cap: Atypic’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Atypic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions related to this service shall be brought in the courts located within South Dakota.
